Andrew - Month 11

With great power come great responsibility. - Uncle Ben

We're hoping Andrew learns this quick, because he's using his newly acquired mobility to wreak havoc. So much so that we've taken to calling him our little "foe," short for Force of Entropy. And his entropy field (aka his reach) is constantly increasing -- anything below counter height is in danger of falling into his little fingers.

Favorite activity this month? Causing a mess. Anything stacked will get knocked down. Anything neatly organized will get scattered. He seems to take inordinate delight in this and will look at us and smile while throwing his folded clothes around or pulling down all the books from the bookshelf.

Given a choice between a shiny new toy or pulling random junk out of a box and tossing them around the room? The box will win every time.

We haven't had to worry about him getting into our cabinets because most of them are pretty high, but I don't think that's going to be much protection for long. He knows that going on his tippy toes will give him a couple extra inches, which while cute makes life a little more difficult for us. He can even reach the door handles now. Fortunately he doesn't quite have the control to open them. Not that it makes much of a difference -- he'll just bang on it till we open it for him...

Not too many pictures this month as I'm still recovering from what I took during last month's travels.
